Shirley’s India is our foundation. It’s where we built our name—through catering, events, and takeout. It represents our roots, our consistency, and the community that’s supported us from day one. MONA is the evolution. It’s our first true step into a full dining experience, led by Andrew Abraham. Andrew has spent his entire life in hospitality—from large-scale catering to running nightlife at NYC rooftop venues—bringing both precision and energy into this next chapter.
At MONA, the focus is on a strong cocktail program paired with elevated small bites. It’s not fine dining—it’s vibe dining. High-quality, modern Indian food in a space designed for experience, not just a meal. Looking ahead, this is just the beginning. By 2027, we’re expanding into a 7,000 sq ft beer garden and patio—creating a destination that blends food, cocktails, and atmosphere on a much bigger scale.
